I do not see a signature anywhere on the embroidery and it is matted and housed in a gold tone bamboo style frame protected behind glass. The dimensions are: Frame. 26.5 inches wide, 14.0 inches tall and 1.0 inches deep. Embroidery: 21.0 inches wide and 8.5 inches tall.
