Large 36.3mm Swiss Pierce pilot's chronograph vintage watch with 3 NOS straps

Description: This a large Pierce pilot's military type chronograph not the small Pierce watches you normally see here. Case diameter is 36.3mm across (not counting the crown); 42mm lug top tip to bottom tip; and with the wide stance of 20mm wire lugs. Needs just a few small repairs, so grab it as a bargain this way. The watch winds, sets, runs and keeps time. The chronograph sweep seconds hand starts and stops. But it resets to the 5 minutes position (simple matter of removing the hand and replacing it in the correct position). Also, the original glass crystal has a crack/scratches, but some buyers might opt to use it as is. These Swiss Made vintage Pierce chronographs are sought after because they always have such interesting dial configurations. This movement timer starts/stops with the bottom button and resets with the top pusher. This has a plated Base Metal case with a Stainless Steel snap back and steel bezel. Watch has fixed lugs, a characteristic indicating it may have been a military watch during WW2. We're including $100 worth of free bands: three different old stock straps so you don't have to hunt around for band options. A leather grey open-ended Hirsch band (ends left unglued). A grey/red perfectly matching nylon NATO band. And a simple black tropical pull-through braided nylon strap. The crown is original and shows some brassing.
