This is a five track e.p. that was recorded live at an intimate ceremony at the Hollywood United Methodist Church. Includes selected songs from the Requiem album and is pressed on Blue Jay blue coloured vinyl. There is an etching on the b-side of the cover design. An excellent addition to any Korn collection. Photos are of the actual item.Grading is by visual inspection only. I never rate anything as mint, that is just the way I look at things as there might be a slight imperfection I cannot see. Near mint is the highest I grade. I do my best to package everything as best I can. Unfortunately small things may happen in shipping like minor bumps to the sleeve or seam splits. Inner sleeve seam splits are not considered defective unfortunately. That is not covered by any insurance through the shipping company. If you would like the record taken out of the sleeve, please let me know and I will ship it that way for you. If on the rare time the item arrives broken, that is covered. Please send pictures if that has happened. Please be aware of your country's import customs fees. Unfortunately, I cannot put down any price on the customs forms except the sold price. I am not responsible for any customs fees, if any are charged. I can combine shipping if you are looking at purchasing more than one item. Please email with your address if you are wondering about additional shipping costs. The shipping company I use to ship is a bit of a drive and are closed on weekends. That means I will be shipping usually twice a week. Most weeks it will be on Tuesday and Friday. All shipping prices include packaging, tracking and insurance. To my fellow Canadians, due to more and more lost untracked and uninsured packages over the years by Canada Post, all items must be shipped with tracking now. Due to high fees and past issues with different countries' mail service, I am currently only shipping this item to Canada, the UK and the US (including Puerto Rico)
