Description: Awesome unpolished un cleaned totally as is I did not touch with any chemicals at all. I have no idea when this is from what year etc., But it is an awesome treasure chest piece. Found in the mountains of california in an old horse barn that had been left for the last fifty years at least untouched. Everything in it was like a time capsule to the past. Same with this little trinket box. Just a different era. even if you tried to make this today it wouldn't be the same, you could never copy this and have it feel the same and have the same look. The mix of the 50 years being outside and the history and the types of tools used to make these just aren't the same nowadays. So if you want a piece of Gillette history and a cool trinket box for a museum or for your razors because you like to impress random people that come over and have an awesome bathroom scene going on then this might be for you. It takes someone that likes history to want this, not someone just looking to buy a metal box.
