Description: I am pleased to offer this gorgeous platter made by Keeling & Co. Burslam England. The pattern is Tokio and the absence of the word "England" indicates that it was produced between 1886 and 1891. After 1891 England was added to the back stamp. The platter is decorated with beautiful florals and gold accents. There is also gilding along its scalloped edge. This is the largest of the platters made in this pattern measuring 17 3/4 inches long and 14 inches in width. The platter is in excellent condition with no chips, nicks, cracks or crazing. There are a couple very light utensil marks and no loss of the gilding. This would make a striking addition to your holiday table setting indeed!
