Description: I just picked up a fantastic collection of items from the archives of long time baseball photographer Norman Paulson. Norman was trained and worked for the famous photographer George Burke starting in the early 1930s. Norman was a photographer for many years and some of his photos ended up being used for the 1962 Leaf baseball cards. Norman released a real photo postcard set that he updated through the years and they have become quite collectible and they are rarely seen. I will be listing items weekly so check back often for great items from this collection, including baseball negatives, postcards and photos with some being signed. The players would sometimes order photos from him for themselves and family. The original photo postcard has a great image. The postcard was made from Norman's original negatives and he would make these as needed in the 1960s through the 1970s. The item has some toning, the item has some scratches and a small edge bend. The 3 items, the photo of Norman as a photographer, his business card and a postcard of him and his picture do not come with this item, I just wanted to show you them for the authenticity of the item.
