Description: Jeannette Glass Co. invented this Delphite blue glass in 1920 and was the primary source for items made from it. Beginning in the 19th century, in Jeannette, PA, the company made depression glass, milk glass and Delphite glass pieces. This is a salt/pepper shaker. You will receive another jar with this order. The second piece does not have a top and has some hairline cracks. The shape of this jar is a replica of a chianti wine bottle. At least that is what I see. The jar stands 6" tall and 2.5" at its widest.
