Jacques Lemans Tempora Automatic Chronograph

Description: Listing is for a Jacques LeMans Geneve Tempora Automatic Chronograph watch GU189A with a Valjoux 7750 Swiss movement. This watch has a 44mm SS polished case, (47mm at the crown) a genuine leather strap (original, perfect) and overall presents the same as a new item. It is clearly an automatic self-winding Swiss chronograph movement and is 100m/330ft/10ATM water resistant. It includes an original Jacques Lemans SS bracelet leaving you with options. However, the SS Bracelet has a fitment issue preventing one side from fitting tightly to the watch case. This issue would need a horologist to make fit, likely involving some kind of shim to solve this issue. There is one photo in the pictures with the bracelet fitted and you can see the gap issue between the case and the bracelet. The watch is in mint physical condition, as it was maybe worn once or twice in 20 years. Why not more one might ask? I am a watch collector and really prefer large watches, and while this fits that category, it’s a more formal looking watch than I prefer and the occasion rarely arises. If imitation is the ultimate form of flattery, then this watch has it, as there are $200-ish replicas of this watch out there. The item pictured is the item up for sale and note, I am the original owner, includes the original box and all papers are included as per the photos. I have been collecting chronograph watches for over 30 years so this is from my personal collection, never intended for resale but since times change, (and my collection became too large) here we are.
