Description: Original US 2LP released in 1999. Cat: JCR 007. The Best Part is, simply put, classic New York hip-hop, or, as J-Live himself labels it, "true school" that can trace its roots in a direct line back to such icons as KRS-One and Big Daddy Kane. Granted, J-Live didn't reach that level of name recognition with this debut album, and even if it doesn't quite attain the heights of the landmark recordings from those artists, it does threaten to scale them. Tracks : Outside looking intro/ Got what it takes/ Don't play/ Get the 3rd/ Vampire hunter J/ Yes/ Them that's not/ Wax paper/ Rage/ Timeless/ True school anthem/ Inside looking outro/ The best part/ baggin' writes/Play. There are a few light spindle marks on labels. Records have some light scuff marks that cause a few light crackles and are in Excellent condition. Cover has light ring wear and marks and is in EXcellent condition. Wrapping method: All records are sent in stiff cardboard mailers then wrapped in brown paper and sealed around edges with brown packaging tape. Records are taken out of sleeve to avoid seam splits and ring wear. Post methods within Australia: All records are posted via Australia Post. Within Australia all items come with a tracking number. Post method for overseas: All parcels are sent via Australia Post standard airrmail with tracking number. We offer combined postage for multiple purchases. _gsrx_vers_1678 (GS 9.8.2 (1678))
