I have not cleaned nor sharpened these. We leave that up to the customer. You can make them look almost new or leave them as collectors shears. They still cut very well. (See Photos). Because they were made in the 1930's, they do have some pitting consistent with 80-90 - years old). The shears are perfect for cutting out fabric, whether it's for a dress or a coat.
