Description: Interior KIT for the Athearn 60ft Stream-Line RPO Car This KIT consists of 2 pieces to be glued together to create the interior. “Super Glue” works well; read warning below. TEST FIT BEFORE GLUEING!! There are holes in the floor for the truck screws. Paint the interior and install ‘Postal Workers’ before installation. The original steel weight has to be removed. LSW100 (available separately) is recommended for car weight, but you have to punch out the holes for the truck screws. 6 1/2inches of LSW100 yields a car weight of 5 ounces with the interior and original trucks. Automotive weather stripping adhesive is recommended for final assembly. Warning! Do not put the passenger car in any type of box or container sooner than 12 hours after using “Super Glue”. Cyanoacrylate adhesives release fumes that will attack and mar your windows and other surfaces. I attempt to provide the most accurate description possible. My intention is to prevent any surprises.
