It is missing one grommet. The paper dial has scratches, discoloration and some loss of paper. The dial pan, and bezel have scratches and discoloration. The glass has some scratches and needs to be cleaned. The total diameter of the bezel is 5-3/4". The center to center distance between the two winding holes is about 3-1/8" and about 2" between the center arbor and the winding holes. Sold as is. Please see pictures.
