Description: Imperial German WW1 Prussian EM buckle. Steel based buckle. I believe this was an unissued buckle. Paint on front worn off in spots. Typically you see the Prussian EM buckles with steel grey or olive-green color, this one appears to be olive-green, even though the pictures with the lighting appear to make it look more like an olive-tan color. The buckle has the later type flatten feet style catch. I picked up a group of these buckles (again, leading me to believe these were unissued left overstock). I do not see any maker marks on the buckle.
