Description: Illinois Traveling Men's Health Association 1937 Calendar - This is a nifty 85-year-old collectible for calendar fans or collectors of items related to Illinois. It contains tips about maintaining a healthy lifestyle, budgeting, planning, dinner menus, automobile hints and an application to apply for coverage. Boy, the times certainly have changed...the age limit ranges from 18 to only 55 years old. The calendar is in good, not great, condition. There is tearing in various places at the folds and some chipping (see the January 1937 photo for an example) but all pages, which are cream- to tan-colored, are attached and complete. The front page (January 1937) has a stain at the top right-hand corner, the bottom left-hand corner has an approx. 1/8" chip, the bottom right-hand corner is dog-eared (approx. 1/8"). The application page has an approx. 14/16" tear at the left-hand center edge and an approx. 1 1/4" tear at the right-hand center side with an approx. 1/4" tear extending into "specified".
