Description: Antique 1880s Oval Victorian Convex Portrait Bubble Glass Framed Picture / Collectible Photograph of young blonde haired, blue eyed girl standing in front of the camera with a slight little mischievous look that comes with her smile. She is wearing a matching set of a yellow bracelet on her left wrist and what looks like a yellow locket necklace. She is wearing a white pleated lacy knee-length dress with a round collar and the usual pinafore, which was standard dress for all the young girls. It has a slight dropped waist and sash.. She rounds up the whole look with white stockings and white shoes. The frame is large and ornate with a gilded metallic finish to the brass metal. There is patina noted and minor scuffs that are expected for a piece that has aged over 100 years. There is hanging wire already attached to the back so this piece is all ready to be hung on a wall. The portrait measures: 20" x 13.5" The portrait with the frame measures: 27" x 14.75 x 1.25". The whole thing weighs 4 lbs, 3 oz.
