This car was made as a promotional item for the Ralston (Purina) Hot Wheels cereal collection, but was never released as they decided that the sharp points were too dangerous for children. Get this unique piece of Hot Wheels history for your collection! The Purina Halston promotional cars were manufactured in 1989 using the original 1984 XT-3 designs. Please note that some light corrosion is likely to be present on the metal engine casting considering these have spent over 30 years in storage.
