It seems to have some compression, but it’s hard to tell how much. I have not tested or worked on it at all. See all photos. What you see is what I have. Some parts are missing and some are damaged. I believe this was off of a concrete tool because there is concrete splatter on it. Sold as is, where is. Should be a good candidate for parts or restoration.
