Description: Rare hard to find lighted Hawthorne village building from the Village of Horror Classics collection featuring scary movie classics. This item features the movie George A. Romero's Dawn of the Dead and was manufactured in 2006. The sculpture number is listed on the base of the building (see photo). This item was part of a subscription offering and is Issue #5 (product #14-01326-005) from the collection - Dawn of the Dead Mall. Comes with Certificate of Authenticity located on top of box (please note that manufacturer return label is no longer valid). All 14 issues from this subscription are listed. It's a detailed hand-painted sculpture to add to your Halloween village, horror movie collection or display standalone. Comes with power cord (with on/off switch) and light bulb located separately inside the Styrofoam box. The bulb clips on to the base of the building. When lit, windows illuminate around the building. The building measures approximately 10" in length, 4.5" in height and 7" in depth. Also comes with two small accessory items - Helicopter and Helicopter Zombie (see photo). Helicopter measures approximately 2" in height and 3.5" in length. Zombie measures approximately 2" in height and 1" in length. This item is in mint condition and has never been displayed. It was just removed from the box to inspect and take photos. Please note that this item has been stored in a warehouse for many years and the Styrofoam box does have wear, dirt and markings on the exterior. Unlike Department 56 or Lemax, Hawthorne Village buildings do not come with pictured cardboard slipcovers - only the Styrofoam box as shown in the photos.
