Hawthorne Pooh's Haunted Acre Halloween Village

Description: Rare lighted village building from the Hawthorne Pooh's Haunted Acre Halloween Village collection. This village collection captures the spirit of Disney's Winnie the Pooh in a Halloween village setting. This item was manufactured in 2007 and has the sculpture number listed on the base of the building (see photo). This is Issue #10 of 14 (product 14-11328-010) from the collection - Candy Shoppe. Comes with Certificate of Authenticity located on top of box. It's a beautiful hand-painted sculpture to add to your Halloween village or display standalone. Comes with power cord (with on/off switch) and light bulb located separately inside the Styrofoam box. The bulb clips on to the base of the building. When lit, windows illuminate around the building. The building measures approximately 6" in height, 6" in length and 5" in depth. This item is in mint condition and has never been displayed. It was just removed from the box to inspect and take photos. Please note that this item has been stored in a warehouse and the Styrofoam box does have wear, dirt and markings on the exterior. Unlike Department 56 or Lemax, Hawthorne Village buildings do not come with pictured cardboard slipcovers - only the Styrofoam box as shown in the photos.
