Description: 97% Polyester, 3% Spandex The raw seam is showing on the bottom, would need hemming/repair. This can be seen in pictures. This is in good preowned condition… no rips, stains, holes, and the fabric is in good condition. No other issues that I can see. Waist: 18"Length: 36" The waist is measured laying flat from one side to the other, you will have to double the number to get the true waist measurement. The measurements are listed above, in order to ensure a good fit take a skirt that fits you well and compare the measurements listed.
