Description: Harley Davidson Cast Iron Motorcycle with Wire Spoke Wheels and Removable Motorcycle Cop Used This is a Harley Davidson cast iron motorcycle and policeman rider. The motorcycle is painted an olive drab green and gold highlights on the engine. The handlebar and triple headlight is moveable and painted silver. The removable policeman rider is painted black with a silver badge as shown in the photos and flesh tone for the face. There are embossed markings along the front wheel as shown in the photos. It is very difficult to read, but as best as possible showing through the paint, is what appears to be marked “Harley Davidson.” Please note that because of the paint buildup, it is very difficult to obtain a good photo of the embossed characters. Also, as the front wheel rotates, the wheel makes a “clicking” sound. The origin and date of manufacture of this cast iron toy is unknown. The piece measures 6¼” Long by 2⅛” Wide and stands 3¾” High. This piece will look great on display on your desk or shelf and will get a lot of attention. This is a great conversation piece and should be considered a “must have” for any fan or collector of cast iron toys.
