There are no tears, marks, or bookplates. The cover is in very good condition. There is darkening of the spine. The slipcase is in good condition. It would be in fine condition except for the fact that the right side, back, and top were splattered with something (see picture). The slipcase did its job protecting the book, and should do so for decades to come. The book is 6 ¼” x 9 ¼” tall and 279 pages. There are 15 full page color plates and 38 smaller b & w line drawings.
