I purchased without specifics on the size and while I can get my feet in these boots on but the snip toe design makes them too short for my size 11 feet. These should fit a size 10 D perfectly given the snip toe. Unsure whether they can be worn if you are a 9 1/2 D, again the narrow snip toe box means possibly. I would recommend maintaining with something like Bick Exotic Leather Spray Conditioner. These are awesome boots and if they were my size I would proudly have them as part of my boot collection!
