The vase is hand painted all around and decorated with red berries and green leaves on a red and cream background. There is a heavy gilded scalloped and embossed border. The beautiful handles are also heavily gilded. No visible wear to the gold.The signature of the artist Sandy Friday is on the front of the vase.The piece is in excellent condition with no chips, cracks or crazing, The vase is approximately 9 1/2" high and 5 1/2" at its base.A great piece for the holidays.Please see my listing for more hand painted vases.This item will be shipped insured and double boxed.Payment in 3 days.
