The piano itself was made in the USA and is constructed of solid walnut which was hand carved and stamped by Vernon Waddell (see photos). The piano contains a Swiss made Reuge 2 tune 36 note musical movement which has been professionally serviced and restored to "AS NEW" condition by the seller, Music Box Repair Center Unlimited, and comes with a seller provided 2 year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. The seller has lined the compartment above the musical movement with crushed velveteen (making it ideal for storage) and added a Reuge factory tune label to the underside of the piano lid. The musical movement alone in this piece is valued at $150.
