Description: HAMILTON 992B 16S, 21 Jewel. Serial # C487279 dates to 1956. The movement is bright and clean, adjusted to temp and 6 positions, running well. The case is a Wadsworth base metal serial #H798986 in very nice condition with signs of use on the back but nothing major, no dents or dings. The dial is an early repo of the Montgomery dial made of enameled composite and is extra nice and shows great, hands are nice, the crystal is very nice. The two-tone idea is appealing. The repo dial is not ideal, but the watch does look great, and the rest of the watch shows well. The information is based on my impressions (and I'm not an expert) and info I got when I acquired the watch.
