All items come wrapped in bubble wrap or tissue and are tape securely to make the item as safe as Possible as it travels to you. I ship directly to the USA & I only ship to the address listed on YOUR eBay account. if you need international shipping you must use the eBay international service; I cannot give you tariffs or import estimates for any foreign countries you would need to contact eBay directly about those. - For those asking why it cost what it cost to ship most of the cards I ship have pop-up features, and or batteries for music, this automatically disqualifies the item from shipping via the eBay envelope, which is the cheapest way to ship that includes the tracking number. Therefore, I either have to ship USPS first class or media/ both of which start at no less than $3.69 for up to 4 ounces, adding on the cost of the envelope, the ink for the printer, the gas to deliver it, etc. etc. the fact that I ship in bubble mailers to protect the item. My cost is usually about $4.70 the remaining $.30 on that pays for the actual listing fee so I make no money on shipping. I am not trying to overcharge on shipping but I do have to cover the cost of shipping the item and eBay charges me. - I do not offer refunds or exchanges as I believe you must be an adult to use this platform and as an adult you should be well-versed in choices and the consequences of those choices!!
