The Hall China Company produced this wonderful pattern. There were many kitchenware pieces made in this pattern. This largest size bean pot is not often found. Our pretty bean pot is in UNDAMAGED CONDITION without chips, cracks or mold imperfections. The decals are in perfect shape and the color is nice and bright. The inside of the bean pot is nice and clean. This piece looks to have been seldom, if ever, used. Wild Poppy is a decaled kitchenware pattern with quite an extensive listing. If one wanted to collect all of the pieces to this pretty pattern they could easily fill up several china cupboards, or completely decorate a large kitchen. The Wild Poppy decal shows pretty orange poppies nestled among wild wheat. The pattern was introduced in the mid to late 1930s and was sold through Macy's department stores which explains why you find more of this pattern in the New York area.
