Includes power supply, New Batteries, lift control, and lift bar. Does not however include a track, but if you have compatible track then this could be used as a replacement system. The units are able to charge and hold a charge. Cable moves up and down using controller. While the lift is meant for lifting humans, we've also had mechanics purchase as a mechanic lift and someone who previouslypurchased that intends to use in a covered setting as a small watercraft lift.
