These guitars are sent directly from the manufacturer to the authorized refurbishing center where they are fully inspected, set up and cleared by a certified technician. The guitars serial number may be partially altered and/or replaced and the back of the headstock is lightly stamped "used" by the authorized refurbishing center per manufacturer agreements. Every instrument is fully setup prior to shipping however, setups can easily change in transit do to extreme temperatures, humidity changes and vibrations in delivery vehicles.
