If you prefer not to modify your USA/Canada NTSC video game consoles, then you will need a PAL PlayStation 2 or PAL PlayStation 3 imported from Europe or Oceania to play this PAL PS2 game in the United States. In that case, make sure you're able to run either PAL PlayStation series console on the right power cord in your American residential structure as plug shapes and voltages from around the world can be different. Depending on the model of the PAL PS2 or PS3 you'll use, you may need a plug, power or voltage converter. Otherwise, you can just safely use a compatible Universal AC adapter and its respective American Type A power cord.
