Dimensions of the pouch are about 4" - 4.5" Height x 2.5" Width x 1" Deep. Weighs about 2.75 ozs. Pouch has plastic protection sewn in, on the front and sides. The pouch does not have velcro closure. Instead, the front flap has a bungee loop that fits around the piece of stiff webbing sewn on the front of the pocket. Made in the USA. This is supposed to work with most models of the eTrex.
