Description: 2.0 mil gold metallized is a print-treated polyester film coated with permanent acrylic pressure sensitive adhesive on a 90# layflat liner. This polyester film is designed to accept a variety of UV curable and solvent-based screen inks. May also be used with flexographic, offset, and letterpress inks but must be tested prior to use. The 90# liner offers good dimensional stability over a range of environmental conditions resulting in excellent sheet printing. This product is designed for permanent decals and nameplates requiring adhesion to a variety of substrates ranging from clean metal, painted metal, glass, styrene and low surface energy plastics such as polypropylene and polyethylene.
