There is moderate visible wear to the outer cover of the book from being used as intended as a coffee table book. There is a small stain on the right edge of the top cover. The pages all appear to be intact, and the bookmark has wear at its end.Of note is the pair of autographs - both the author Jeff Koons AND Muhammad Ali signed each copy of the limited run for this book.
