We need your approval before printing your product, so be sure to respond to us, or your project will be cancelled.SIZE & POSITION: We normally start graphics at about 2.5" / 6.3 CM from the neck seam. We size the graphic appropriate to the size of the shirt, but usually not larger than 13 x 15" / 33 x 38 CM. You can tell us how far down from the neck seam you want the top of the graphic to start.SCREENSHOTS: Don't send screenshots. If you're using cellphone images or images from social media, be aware that there is loss of quality for low-resolution images. The last few generations of smartphones take great pictures, though, and you should be using the maximum resolution in your camera settings. Send original images or artwork only - not a screen capture, screen shot or picture of a computer monitor.Here are technical artwork specifications - if you're using an artist, they should follow these standards:Images:Resolution - 300 dpi at reproduction size This means the resolution of your image should be 300 dpi at the size you want it printed. For instance, a 12" wide print should be 3600 pixels wide (12 x 300 = 3600). CMYK is recommended. RGB images may exhibit some colour shift during conversion. (If you're not sure, we will check for you and let you know what we recommend, even before you place an order.)PSD or TIFF preferred. If type is set up in the image, 600 dpi is recommended. Setting type in image files is not recommended.Recommended profile is Coated GRACoL 2006 however we will by default respect whatever profile is attached to the image.PNG with transparency is recommended. We do many projects where we have remainder product in a variety of colours and we may have what you are looking for!Care instructions: Wash inside out, cold or lukewarm (not hot) water, no bleach, with like colors, hang dry or tumble dry low/permanent press. This will minimize shrinkage and wrinkling. Imprint life varies with what's printed, but following these recommendations assure the longest possible life for your custom shirt. Never iron, steam or press the decorated part of the shirt.What we can't print: We can't duplicate trademarks or likenesses that you don't own.
