The base grade is a 54LP Custom with a mahogany body, tune-o-matic specifications, and Alnico V & P-90. This is a guitar ordered by our staff, which is a deified 54LP Custom in a sense due to its connoisseur's look and the low distribution volume, and uses Full Cherry with aniline dye powder and finishes the top coat with antique coat. The body is all mahogany, and this model has a crispy yet slightly plump tone that is not found in regular maple top & mahogany back customs. Most regular line models have 2pcs center body backs, but this one can be said to be a specification that allows you to enjoy the bold and custom shop model-like wood cutting. The coloring is also Full Cherry using aniline dye powder. If you are familiar with this grade, you may know that aniline dye powder fades over time. This is a special coloring ordered by our staff so that you can enjoy the fade. The cherry color remains under the pickguard and bridge, which is very sexy, and you can enjoy the changes over time. The top coat is finished with a slightly amber-colored antique coat, and combined with the mahogany color of the top, it is not a bright cherry like the 335, but a subdued cherry color close to brown, giving it a unique presence. The neck shape is a ``50s Rounded Medium C'', which is a little thicker overall than the 59 shape that has been common recently, but you can enjoy the organic and rich sound of the mahogany. The fingerboard surface is made of ebony, and its jet black appearance not only gives it a luxurious feel like a custom, but also adds a little tight essence to the thick mahogany body and P-90 series, making it a unique 54LP Custom spec. The pickups are a combination of Alnico V and P-90. The Alnico V mounted on the neck side is a traditional pickup that was originally installed in box-type guitars such as the L-5. The structure itself is different from the P-90 and requires depth when mounting, but I checked it out thinking that it might be the case, and the deep joint was still in place. The sound has both edge and core, and I realized that it is a high-quality pickup that can sound thick or delicate depending on the player. Its character and volume difference are also excellent with the P-90 on the bridge side. Another point not to be missed is the use of Bumblebee capacitors and 01VX (commonly known as waffleback) for pegs. It is a guitar that changes its look as you spend time with it, making it a guitar for connoisseurs. The sound is unique and typical of the 54LP Csutom, so it is definitely one to check out.
