This note is heavily circulated and has the following: heavy folding and wear (also has many heavier creases and many areas of wrinkled folding); overall staining and darker areas of spot/line/section stains (also has many smudges, many dark and dirty areas, grease stains, many areas of discoloration, areas of foreign substance including glue and/or tape residue); edge and corner wear (including corners rounded and/or split/frayed - edges rough in areas); edge indents/nicks (one very large near the bottom of the note); heavy surface wear and fraying (areas of paper loss exist); one small hole that I could see.
