Description: Listing is for an unbuilt, unpainted, 1:35 scale armored railcar by Dragon (Item #9126). It was released as part of their Super Value Pack kits. During WWII, Germany developed and ran various armored trains to protect the railway. Since rail transportation was critical to the German war effort during WWII, such units were produced as a defense against sabotage and attacks by partisans.One of them was the heavy armored reconnaissance train developed by Steyr Daimler. The armored train consisted of vehicles with various equipment, including a command vehicle (equipped with communication equipment and medical staff), infantry transport vehicle, and an artillery vehicle (equipped with a gun turret). This listing is for a 2 in 1 kit so it can be built as either the “Infanteriewagen” (infantry car) or “Kommandowagen” (command car). As a bonus, a figure set reflective of the Hungary 1945 Armored Reconnaissance Wiking Division is included.Kit comes still sealed in its factory wrap so I do not know what color the plastic pieces are molded in.
