Description: The Mill On The Floss by George Eliot, Published by E. P. Dutton & Co. in 1944 ~ Number 325 of Everyman’s Library Series. This particular book is in good condition as shown in the photos with a nice tight binding and comes from a smoke-free home. As with all my book sales, I will combine shipping for those that win multiple auctions and invoice my customers for actual shipping costs. Spanning a period of 10 to 15 years, this novel details the lives of Tom and Maggie Tulliver, siblings who grow up at Dorlcote Mill on the River Floss. The mill is at the junction of the River Floss and the more minor River Ripple, near the village of St Ogg's in Lincolnshire, England. Both the rivers and the village are fictional. Truly a classic and must read book.
