Please do not purchase if any of this is a concern for you.Dated 1978 Garfield United Feature Syndicate, Inc. and Carousel branding on the package. There are the four party hats, four blowout items, four white plastic spoons and the balloons are unusable condition as mentioned.Dated 1978, 1981 Garfield, United Feature Syndicate, Inc., and Licensee Enesco with the foil label Enesco Designed Giftware Taiwan on the underside of the figurine. Made of a porcelain ceramic type material with message on the front “IT’S NOT THE HAVING, IT’S THE GETTING”. There are paint wear marks on the back side upper part of the base area down to the white as shown in photos, and other paint worn areas such as on the present Garfield is holding and on figurine on the back of the hat on the tip/end a white paint spot and underside of the base edge area a small nick mark. Please do not purchase if any of this is a concern for you.The other item is a soft material vinyl, gift box/present with Garfield popping out and a big grin. Dated 1996 Paws Inc. brand. where the branding markings are, there are some scuff marks.
