Description: G.A.R Grand Army of the Republic Reunion Cabinet Card Photo Frame 10"x8" Antique This is an antique G.A.R (Grand Army of the Republic) cabinet card photo in wood frame. The item is as I got it in frame and I have not removed it. The photo features rows of old Civil War soldiers wearing their GAR ribbons in front of a 48 star American Flag. The reunion includes other people including children. The frame measures 10" x 8" x 3/4". The window on frame /photo you can see measures 8.5" x 6.5". This sepia tone photo is a bit faded from age. I have photographed thru the glass which is old and scratched. There is a small tear on right side at edge. I have photographed close up for your examination. I don't see any information about reunion or any names or places. It appears that the cardboard on the back of the frame is the actual back of this cabinet card photo. There is some tape along the top of the photo on back side to hold in place (as I got it). My photos are of the actual item you are getting.
