Their secret: a serum derived from the psychologist's werewolf blood, which induces a terrifying transformation, rage and user addiction. Van Peebles plays a detective who becomes the team's newest recruit and doesn't go with the program. Solid acting, good action and interesting make-up effects make for an interesting mash up of The Wolf Man and Lethal Weapon.
