Description: Up for bid is an ice cream(?) spoon in the GEORGE III pattern by Frank M. Whiting, introduced in 1891. The piece is 5 1/2 inches long and weighs 19 grams. It is monogrammed “M” on the handle front. It is marked with the Frank M. Whiting trademark, "STERLING", “3” and “PAT. JUNE 9’91”. Condition on the spoon is fairly good. There is a minor bowl ding and normal signs of use. A fine little spoon!
