Description: This is a vintage miniature sample of the iconic classic Fracas by Robert Piguet from the Alfred Fragrances Inc./Orinter Era (1985-1990). The fragrance is presented in the ultra-luxurious parfum concentration (also known as extrait, parfum extrait, pure perfume, etc.) and is packaged in a rectangular glass bottle with a plastic screw-top cap. The fragrance is presented in its original packaging and has not been used. Each sample contains approximately 4 ml (⅐ FL.OZ) of fragrance. Please note that the ⅐ designation is the official amount printed on the packaging—to be clear, this is one-seventh of an ounce. The fragrances date back to either the late 1980s or early 1990s. They were kept in climate-controlled storage prior to my acquisition. Since then they have been kept in cold storage since acquisition over ten years ago. PLEASE NOTE: The term vintage as applied to fragrance refers to both pre-reformulation fragrances. For newer releases this may mean 10-15 years. Older releases may range anywhere between 15 to 70 years old or, in some cases, even older. While we test all fragrances prior to listing and all of our listings meet our professional standard of acceptability, they may not meet your personal standards. We guarantee that the fragrance is authentic and we ensure that none of the fragrances listed here have "gone off" or "turned" but it should be noted that fragrances do change over time. This is to be expected with vintage fragrances and, indeed, part of the charm of vintage scents. That being said, there are NO RETURNS and NO EXCHANGES based upon subjective assessments of scent quality. ALL SALES ARE FINAL and product is SOLD AS-IS. It should be noted that the fragrance regulations that resulted in so many of changes and reformulations were primarily driven by an abundance of caution in regard to the presence of allergens in fragrances. Given that many of the fragrances that we sell were created prior to the introduction of these regulations, these fragrances may contain materials that are no longer permitted for use in fragrances including allergens and skin sensitizing ingredients.
