Description: Ford 8N Tractor Engine turns over when battery is installed (battery not included in sale) Starter turned nicely and the start button worked. Has good compression. Could not check for spark due to missing coil. I engaged the PTO and 3-point hitch when cranking over the engine. The PTO turned and the 3-point hydraulic lift came up. I was told the tractor ran when parked several years ago when the rear rim broke off due to rust. Over time parts were taken off and used elsewhere, things that are obviously missing are the carburetor, coil, rear tires and rims. I do have a good fuel tank with sediment bowl and a 6v generator that comes with the tractor. Not sure of the radiator condition. A bucket was kept over the shifter to prevent water contamination in the hydraulics. With some TLC, I think this could be a good little tractor again.
