Description: Firefly FFJAY-604 Pure Series Electric Guitar - Red/White Color. This brand new 2024 Firefly guitar is a standard, full size solid body electric guitar. The guitar body is Roasted Mahogany, and the Canadian Flamed Maple neck and fretboard has 22 stainless steel ball-end frets with black dot inlay. The neck is 25.5 inch scale length with a 9.5 inch to 14 inch compound radius. The guitar has two humbucker pickups, with a three position switch, one volume control (chrome) and one tone control (chrome). The tone control knob doubles as a push/pull switch to split the humbucker pickups. When the tone knob is pushed in, both humbucker pickups are operational. When the tone knob is pulled out, only one humbucker pickup is operational. This position gives the guitar a more strat style sound. This guitar comes with nickel strings, a locking nut and a screw in tremolo. The Korea bridge is stamped as "licensed" by a well respected manufacturer under their patents. On this model the cutout area around the tremolo is wider than other models, that allows the tremolo to have more upper range. There is more upward travel with the whammy bar to stretch the strings. This guitar is a brand new "Pure Series" model which has been tested and tuned. The guitar comes with an audio/amp cable plus neck and tuning adjustment tools. The manufacturer's setup is very good, and the action is low for easy playing. The color is true in appearance and is outstanding. The flamed maple neck and fretboard on both sides is impressive and shows the quality of the wood used in the manufacture of this guitar. The photos in this listing is of the guitar you will receive.
