We strive to be as descriptive as possible and provide lots of pictures. We purchase new packing supplies and reuse old packaging materials if they are clean. I almost always ship within 24 to 48 hours of payment with the exception being items paid for Friday may not be shipped until Monday. Holidays may also effect shipping times. If I can accommodate I’m happy to do it. DAMAGED ITEMS: I spend a lot of time packaging our fragile items to ensure a safe delivery. We have a very low breakage rate. Should the unfortunate happen and your item is damaged please send me pictures of the damaged box and the item, as well as the packaging materials used. LOST IN TRANSIT: All of our items are shipped with tracking. We almost always use USPS. While they are extremely dependable sometimes they get busy during the holidays or backed up due to bad weather. Please be patient and feel free to contact us. If enough time has passed we can file a claim to find the package. However we have to go by the time USPS dictates which can be up to 15 “working” days. All of our packages are trackable. Just because an item isn’t moving doesn’t mean it won’t make it to you. Sometimes boxes don’t get scanned at a couple facilities and it looks like the box is lost, however the box is still moving just not being scanned. If you need an item quickly PLEASE SELECT PRIORITY MAIL. It’s much more reliable for quickness. On many of our items there are different carrier options. To find these options place the item in your cart. There should be an arrow near shipping, click on that button and you will see your options. I can ship both Fed Ex and UPS. We recently had drop off centers open up near us. If you prefer either of these options but don’t see it available on the listing please feel free to message and ask if I can add that service All items are now insured with an automatic $100. If you purchase something more expensive than $100 I purchase additional insurance at my own expense. RETURNS: In the event you are unhappy with your purchase I do accept returns.
