Description: Extremely rare Fender Custom Shop Handwound '63 Telecaster NOS pickup set. See the floor traveler sheet from the original guitar above. Leads have not been trimmed, came right out of the brand new guitar. Similar in specs to the factory machine wound '62 Tele pickups, they are staggered Alnico 2 pole magnets on the bridge, plain enamel magnet wire, wound 5.97k and 7.37k for the bridge and neck respectively. The main difference of course it now having that extra handwound mojo that makes these pickups so amazing! And as usual, these pickups were only offered in these Custom Shop model builds and were not sold individually. Initialed "AV" or "AY" on the backs. Let me know if any questions!
