Coppell TV Repair LLC offers repair kit CTVRL-NO-PB-0078 for a problem we have seen and successfully repaired in main board LHD32D37U used in Hisense 32H3E LED TV with serial number beginning with 32J1427. The failure symptom we've seen is a TV that has a red LED on, but does not respond to power on command. The culprit turned out to be the UF1 EEPROM memory on the main board, which is what the kit contains. IMPORTANT!!! This kit will ONLY work for TVs that meet ALL of the above conditions, including the serial number prefix! Other batches (different serial number prefixes) use different LCD panels and resulting in bad image if the replacement EEPROM is not an exact match! Since the EEPROM is responsible for so much more than turning on the TV it is possible that other failure symptoms may be addressed by it too...but this is the one we've experienced and advertise it for. Similarly, chances are that there are other issues on the board that may cause the same failure symptom, e.g. a failed main processor or oscillator would result in the same.
