The Carrying Case is missing one of the front securing latches and two rubber grommets on the lid. The flat tab on the powered wheel shaft shows some minor damage from years of use, and one of the non-powered shafts has the flat tab broken off just above the threads. This Kit includes no belts, pulleys, collets, wheels, covers, or attachments. Only what is pictured in the photos is included. Comes in non-original outer packaging. Notes: We plugged the power cord into a 115V outlet and turned on the grinder to observe the motor and shaft spin smoothly. No additional testing was performed.
